Formed in 1990 by Stan McCurdy and John Porta, MLP Investments and MLP Management is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and offers distinctive properties and projects throughout the United States. Propery Management

MLP Management oversees the sales, marketing, and property management of the company's various residential and commercial property as well as those of our third party clients. Because MLP develops, owns, builds and manages each community, a management team makes sense. We have a vested interest in ensuring the success of each community we develop. To date each of our communities have met their new construction timeline for lease up stabilization, and have enjoyed strong occupancy in their respective markets, a testament to the fact that our commitment to quality carries through to this aspect of our developments.

The mission of MLP Management is to maximize the value of each managed asset by providing a broad range of real estate services including marketing, personnel management, and fiscal management. We understand that the proof of our efforts is reflected in everything we do, particularly the bottom line performance of each property.
